Amateur Boxing

If you are looking for a training regimen that has worked since 1990, than this is the place to be, bare bones high quality results oriented training. Our coaches work with you on the floor and not from behind a desk or back office. Our coaches are cross-trained, blending different effective training methods making for a complete tough thorough boxing program. We believe our amateur boxing program is different in that our coaches are not only trained and certified, but are actual ex-fighters, some still competing. You will push yourself like you never thought you could... but when you do, you'll achieve all you wanted and more out of the hard work you put in and out of Ringside Martial Arts & Fitness.
Krav Maga

Unlike martial arts, Krav Maga is based on simple instinctive movements, designed for quick learning and effective execution under the tremendous stress of a real threat. The emphasis is not on forms or rules, but rather on what has been proven to be effective in violent street attacks. To learn real self-defense in the shortest amount of time, Krav Maga training repeatedly places students in positions of disadvantage, including common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks.
MMA

Dox Martial Arts is what true Mixed Martial Arts is all about! It incorporates the most effective hand, knee, elbow, and foot techniques with an intense cardio workout while teaching participants how to escape holds and grabs using techniques such as throws, joint locks and submission. Dox Martial Arts will provide you with the knowledge to defend yourself in virtually any situation.
Kickboxing

Be a part of fitness and combatives training in one awesome program. Participants will experience the fitness routine of a professional fighter in a safe environment. This defense will enable you to protect yourself in stand-up confrontations before an attacker gets close enough to physically restrain you. We promise a challenging, fun workout tailored to your needs. Burn more than 700 calories per hour!
Therapeutic Massage

Individuals can make appointments with a certified massage therapist for hour-long massages. A variety of relaxing and therapeutic massage treatments are offered, including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Reflexology.
The cost of a one- hour session is $60.00.
Bag Training

Bag training is a “Getting Fit, Without Getting Hit” high-powered workout for weight loss, self-defense, endurance, stamina, coordination, skill, and speed. Through intense cardiovascular conditioning, you’ll expand the capacity of your heart and lungs while burning more than 900 calories per class. The result is increased stamina to keep you energized all day.
Karate Kids

Karate Kids is not just another activity for your children. We have developed a research-based program of character education and the practice of martial arts with the help of Dr. Adolph Brown, III. www.docspeaks.com Karate Kids is based on a lifetime learning model in addition to technical skills. Youth are instructed in personal safety and self-defense, participate in fitness training and work on various life changing “character building skills.” Each class ensures youth have a blast, make new friends, improve fitness, learn how to deal with bullies, develop life skills, run, jump, and kick their way to great success and memories.
24-Hour Fitness Club

The 24 Hours Fitness Club has the latest exercise equipment and is a great compliment to our other programs because it emphasizes endurance, strength, speed, muscular definition and explosive power. Chances are, if you decide to compete or find yourself in an altercation, you’ll need to be doing something very intense for some period of time.
